PRICES FOR BOTH PROPERTIES ARE BASED ON 2 ADULTS STAYING. The Windmill will sleep 6 so the extra costs are for 4 people staying add a further £50 and for 6 people staying add £100. These costs are added AFTER all discounts.

Oil , Electricity , Welcome Grocery Pack including, Breakfast for each morning consisting of Fresh Bread, Butter, Milk, Orange Juice, Tea, Fresh Coffee,  Bottle of Wine. Luxury Toiletries, All Bed Linen, & Bath Robes (Adults ONLY IN COTTAGE) Fluffy White Bath Sheets, Hand & Face Towels,

A key deposit of £50 for Cottage and £150 for Windmill is payable on arrival by cash or cheque to cover any breakages or any extra cleaning or use of electricity and / or oil. This will be refunded following your stay if none of the items mentioned applicable.

PAYMENT

    

 50% deposit is payable on booking the balance shall be payable 6 weeks before commencement of your stay, for bookings made less than 6 weeks before commencement the total fee is payable.
     
CANCELLATION    
Any cancellation made by the client for whatever reason shall be in writing and addressed to The Mill Church Road Braunston Northamptonshire NN11 7HQ. On receipt of notice of cancellation Braunston Mill will seek to re-let the dates for the period of the booking. If Braunston Mill succeeds in re-letting the dates for the whole period it shall refund all monies paid less an administrative charge of £25 per booking.  If we only succeed in re-letting the dates for part of the period booked we shall refund an amount equal to the monies  paid less (1) the amount for period which is not re-sold and (2) an administrative charge of £25. If we are unable to re-sell the dates at all then all monies paid by the client shall be forfeited we strongly recommend clients to take out Cancellation Insurance.

Please note that we are unable to accept pets in either property. We do not accept children in Mill Cottage only.
