Welcome to Braunston WindmillIn the Heart of England stands Braunston Mill. Situated in the historic village of Braunston famed for the canals which the village is the point where the Grand Union and Oxford Canals meet. This must be the most photographed building in the area. Come and try High Rise Living Country Style! A detached contemporary retreat which will sleep 6 in comfort in 3 double bedrooms. The Windmill is 6 floors of luxurious living comprising of. Ground floor. Main entrance hall with area set aside as quiet area to read your favourite book. A W/C and utility area are on this floor equipped with auto washing machine. 1st floor. This floor is dedicated to a state of the art kitchen comprising of: A stainless steel American fridge freezer, a cooking centre with separate oven, combi microwave oven and a separate steam oven. The huge centre unit contains a 60cm induction hob with extractor. The Porsche designed sink station also houses a full size dishwasher. Also in the kitchen is a large 8 seat table. From here there is also a door which leads via an external stairway down to the private secluded garden.
2nd floor. This floor is the huge 21" 4'' lounge. This has 2 very large 4 seat gorgeous contemporary sofas for you to snuggle up on and watch your favourite DVD or Satellite programme on the 50" Pioner Plasma TV. Or listen to music on the hifi system.
3rd floor. On this floor you will find the fantastic bathroom which is equipped with a 1.5 metre round bath with fitted 8 jet whirlpool and radio. The steam shower has to be seen with multi-jet massage and it's own separate radio. Across the hall is the first double bed room with an on-suite shower bathroom.
4th floor On this floor there is a landing with door to balcony with commanding views towards Rugby. Of this landing is a double bedroom with views towards marina and Royal Leamington Spa. The bedroom is fitted with a contemporary glass wash basin. This floor also has a separate W/C.
5th Floor The top of the world room!!!. This room consists of two levels. On the lower level is a glass shower enclosure with fitted power shower and a glass wash basin. Up a small flight of stairs to the next level is the bedroom area with a 5ft 4 poster bed. The two windows on this level give views across the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire country side for miles
NO SMOKING WITHIN THE WINDMILL Due to the stairs the Windmill may not be suitable for the infirm or very small children.
